How do I book to get my items sharpened?

Get in touch via the online form, via email, via Facebook or by calling on 0431 403 670 to book your items in for sharpening.

What is your turn-around time for getting my items sharpened?

Generally it is a 3 ~ 4 day turn-around, depending on capacity. Please confirm at the time of booking.

Do you provide advice / support around sharpening my items?

I provide ongoing support and advice after sharpening, and I encourage customers to get in touch if they have any questions or concerns. I use my previous customer reviews as evidence to guarantee the quality work I deliver.

How do I make payment?

Invoice is provided after sharpening , payment can be made by EFT, direct deposit or cash.

Can I drop-off & pick-up my items?

For those who are close by to Kilmore, then drop-off and pick-up is often the quickest and easiest.

The secure locker boxes at my front door will keep your items safe.

Can I send my items to you for sharpening?

Express Post is recommended, if you’re not dropping and collecting items from the workshop.
